GOOD MORNINGS

Execution

  • Keep your back straight at all times when executing this exercise!
  • To help you to keep your balance you can look forward at the "horizon".
  • This is a butt exercise which surely doesn't suit for everybody and a good alternative for this is lower back extension.
  1. Position the barbell on the back of your shoulders and grasp it with your hands.
  2. Stand in about shoulder width stand.
  3. Bend your hips until your upper body is parallel with the floor.
  4. Extend your hips to go back up again.
